IT Analyst (Dallas Area | Hybrid)
A growing, multi-location restaurant brand is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support both corporate operations and field locations. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-impact IT team supporting a fast-paced, expanding organization.
What You’ll Do
- Provide IT support across corporate and field teams (remote, phone, and occasional onsite)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support and maintain POS systems (Toast or similar), including updates and integrations
- Assist with new location openings, including IT setup and deployment
- Manage onboarding/offboarding (devices, accounts, system access)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Document processes and contribute to IT best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
- Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to ~20%
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000 base + bonus potential
