Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Designer to support the design of advanced industrial and semiconductor facilities. You’ll develop 2D/3D structural models and construction-ready documentation while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines.

Location: Tempe, AZ – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
\n
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
Pay: $40–$43/hour ($80k annually DOE) + benefits
\n
Equipment: Laptop provided for hybrid work
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n

- Develop detailed 3D structural models and complete structural plans/details.
- Translate engineering concepts into accurate, construction-ready documentation.
- Coordinate designs with engineering and other disciplines.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Lead small design packages, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team members.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and problem-solving.
- Embrace design automation and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Associate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of structural drafting/design experience.
- 3+ years of Revit experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

\n
Hybrid Requirement: Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Phoenix office at least 2 days per week and have reliable internet for remote work.
