Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of customer service while checking out customers correctly and quickly
- Answer questions that customers may have and help assess their needs
- Keep areas clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
- Necessary mathematical skills, as needed to make the change and give refunds
- Knowledgeable about the company's products and services and customer-related policies
- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
