- Start date: April 2026.
- Required training (paid for): ~40 hours of online training + in-person (hours & travel paid for).
- Initially part-time (~25 hours), hourly to start, the position has potential for conversion to full-time with growth

The Position:
The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School is an important role in the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program, ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day "in-the-pool" operations of the aquatic program
- Train & manage swim instructors to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
- Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring & onboarding swim instructors.
- Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
- Track required certifications for instructors as well as continuing the employee's development and competency and skills.
- Manage customer interactions as needed
- Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
- Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
