Job Title: Janitor – Food Manufacturing Facility

Location: Commerce, CA

Schedule: 4/10 Schedule (Four 10-hour days per week)

Pay: 20

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor with experience in food manufacturing to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facility in Commerce, CA. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of GMPs and sanitation protocols in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production areas, including floors, walls, equipment, and restrooms

• Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols (GMP, HACCP, etc.)

• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely

• Remove trash and recyclables from production and common areas

• Restock sanitation and cleaning supplies as needed

• Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor

• Maintain cleaning logs and checklists as required

Requirements:

• Prior janitorial experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment required

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Flexible with schedule and able to work early or late shifts as needed
