Job Description
Position Summary
Mainspring Wealth Advisors is seeking a Manager of Advisor Engagement to support our advisors and leadership team in executing firm strategies and enhancing the advisor’s experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels in execution, coordination, and relationship support within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and leadership team, this position focuses on implementing initiatives, supporting advisors’ needs, and ensuring consistent follow-through across the firm. The Manager of Advisor Engagement is a key connector—helping advisors access resources, navigate processes, and stay aligned with firm priorities.
Success in this role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while supporting broader firm objectives. An in-depth understanding of the financial services industry is essential, along with the ability to anticipate advisor needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
Position Overview
The Manager of Advisor Engagement supports the execution of advisor-focused strategies developed by leadership. This role does not set firm strategy or manage teams, but instead plays a critical role in translating strategy into action, ensuring advisors are informed, supported, and equipped to succeed.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for advisors on engagement-related topics, helping coordinate resources, track progress, and surface advisor feedback to leadership.

- Act as a consistent, reliable point of contact for advisor questions, needs, and follow-up
- Strong service‐minded approach, consistently anticipating needs, supporting advisors, and delivering high‐quality internal service.
- Strategy Execution & Coordination
- Support the implementation of advisor engagement initiatives developed by the COO and leadership team
- Assist with organizing, tracking, and following up on firm-wide and advisor-specific initiatives
- Help ensure consistency and accountability in execution across advisors
- Business Planning & Growth Support
- Assist advisors with annual business planning, goal tracking, and organic growth activities
- Support the use of accountability frameworks and provide reminders, updates, and documentation as needed
Resource & Process Support
- Connect advisors with internal resources, tools, and training to enhance their practices and client service
- Help document, monitor, and suggest improvements to advisor-facing processes
- Partner with operations, marketing, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution of advisor initiatives
Problem Resolution & Feedback
- Identify challenges impacting advisors and help coordinate solutions with appropriate internal teams
- Serve as a sounding board, escalating advisor feedback and improvement ideas to leadership
- Support change initiatives by helping advisors understand and adopt new programs or processes
- Advisor Experience Advocate
- Act as the “voice of the advisor” by sharing feedback, trends, and observations with leadership
- Help ensure advisor communications are clear, timely, and aligned with firm priorities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- FINRA registrations, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (must obtain within 6 months of hire if not already licensed)
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is desired
- Highly detail‐oriented and process‐driven, with the ability to maintain organized systems, follow workflows, and ensure consistency in execution.
- Proactive, service-minded, and comfortable supporting a wide range of needs
- Resource‐oriented mindset skilled at locating answers, tools, and guidance
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Effective problem solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset
