Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join HSH HOLDING LLC as an RN in our Adult Medical DayCare program, where you'll provide compassionate care to our clients in a supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults while working with a dedicated team in Turnersville, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs for clients in the Adult Medical DayCare program.
• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Participate in training and continuing education to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical daycare or geriatric setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
