Job Summary
We are currently looking for a part time Guest Service Agent. Guest Service Agent job duties include checking guests in/out, taking care of guest requests and also answering questions regarding what to do and where to eat in the area.
We do offer a flexible work schedule. Position available is part time including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
- Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
- .Assist guests with questions what the area offers in regards to things to do and where to eat
Qualifications:
- Highly organized.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Be available to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
