Overview
As a Bandsaw Operator, you’ll get to setup our builders for success by setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation! You’ll be the a vital piece of our pallet manufacturing process, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to fill this role!&nbsp;

Hourly Pay:&nbsp;
$15.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. (production-based position) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities
&nbsp;

Operate power saws to cut &amp; trim wood pallets&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to work overtime as needed&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to communicate effectively&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to work overtime as needed&nbsp;
