Shift Options:
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM
- Night Shift: Monday-Wednesday, 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM
- Flexible rotating schedules available with extended time off between workdays
Job Overview
Looking for a stable, entry-level opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are hiring Production Associates/Packagers to help package and palletize finished products in a clean, modern production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Package and palletize finished products as they move through the production line.
- Apply protective wrapping to products before shipment.
- Monitor production and packaging equipment.
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform bending, reaching, and squatting as needed.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
