Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to assist with discovery processes.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial exhibits.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation by managing case files and ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
• Utilize case management software to track and maintain case details, deadlines, and communications.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Assist in drafting correspondence and other legal materials as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices.
• Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to attorneys and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper handling and filing of confidential and sensitive legal documents.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in using case management software to organize and track case details.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex legal cases.
• Ability to draft and review legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and legal teams.
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal terminology.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
