Job Description
We are seeking a Carpenter to support residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects, including new construction, repair, and restoration work. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will work at local job sites and contribute skilled craftsmanship while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Measure materials accurately for residential construction and remodeling projects.</li>
<li>Cut wood and other materials according to project specifications.</li>
<li>Install framing for new construction, renovations, and repairs.</li>
<li>Install trim and complete finish carpentry work.</li>
<li>Support repair and restoration projects with precise carpentry work.</li>
<li>Follow worksite safety requirements and maintain a safe job site.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of carpentry experience.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of worksite safety practices.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
