Job Title : Senior Full-stack Developer-ETL

Job Description:
The Senior Full-stack Developer will perform advanced analysis and programming work involving all technical aspects of designing, creating and maintaining software applications.
This position will work with the client project team to provide the following Software Development Services:
1) Perform technical analysis by reviewing the user requirements and create design documents.
2) Perform coding adhering to TEA and industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements.
3) Perform testing verifying they match the requirements, as necessary.
4) Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required (i.e. design documents, process flows, object or data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.).
5) Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work on tasks such as providing development effort estimates, discussing architecture and design, triaging, and resolving defects or issues in multiple environments and providing status on work assignments or issues.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
15 Required Creating ETL processes, transporting, aggregating large data sets between systems
15 Required Experience in SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling
10 Required Experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Java
10 Required XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript and JQuery
10 Required Experience mid-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC
2 Required Experience with Texas state agencies
2 Preferred Experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI and PowerApps
2 Preferred Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, Confluence
2 Preferred Scrum/Agile methodologies
