Collections Fine Jewelry, a reputable jeweler in business for 42 years, is seeking a skilled and experienced Jeweler with expertise in repair, finishing, and diamond setting.
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced High-End Jewelry Sales Associate with a proven luxury and custom sales record and exceptional client skills. A robust portfolio demonstrating significant achievements is essential. Manage appointments and client events.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized service.
- Present high-end jewelry and timepieces.
- Understand inventory, market trends, and designers.
- Manage appointments and client events.
- Process sales and assist with visual merchandising.
- Represent the brand professionally.
- Proactively seek new business.
Qualifications:
- Experienced luxury retail sales (preferably jewelry)
- Adaptable to needs of client
- Detail Oriented and patient
- Ability to connect with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- CRM/POS proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree is nice but not required
Compensation:
- Pay is contingent quality of work, skillset, time in trade, and abilities to produce.
- Salary plus commission
- $45,000-$55,000 base - heavily contingent upon experience and will vary from person to person
Portfolio Requirements:
Submit a portfolio demonstrating significant sales achievements, successful client relationships (redacted testimonials welcome), and your ability to present high-value jewelry. Digital PDF or link preferred.
