Now Hiring: Full-Time Retail Parts Clerk
We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Parts Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Retail Parts Clerk Position Overview
The Retail Parts Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting technicians with accurate parts ordering, and receiving all incoming freight. Each clerk has specific assigned duties and plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient parts department.
Retail Parts Clerk Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and respectful service to all customers
- Accurately perform daily responsibilities in a timely manner
- Assist technicians by researching and ordering parts thoroughly and correctly
- Receive and process incoming parts freight
- Notify the Parts Supervisor of any issues as they arise
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Retail Parts Clerk Schedule
- Monday Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Includes a 1-hour meal break
- Possible Saturday (rotating, if reopened):
- 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- No meal break
- No Sundays
Retail Parts Clerk Pay Structure
- $17.00 $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and proven work ethic
- Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
