This role owns the full data journey, from raw source systems to the trusted datasets and insights the business depends on.
It combines hands-on data engineering with analytical thinking, strong ownership of data quality, and a bias for moving fast with clarity.
The focus is on building solid data foundations, defining metrics that matter, and delivering insight that helps teams make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, well-modeled datasets that support reporting, analytics, and operational decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Partners to define key metrics.

Translate ambiguous requests into dashboards and analytical products with a clear purpose, ownership, and measurable impact.

Maintain data quality and system stability by identifying issues early.

Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrences.
Experience & Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or a similar data-focused role.

Strong SQL expertise with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with a modern data stack.

Ability to convert unclear business questions into structured, decision-ready data.

A bias toward ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
