We're looking for a highly strategic problem solver who can keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, customer satisfaction high, and team members working together to make great things happen.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MANAGER:

  • Working in our office Monday through Friday, typically for 30 - 40 hours per week
  • Scheduling new clients, creating strategic service routes, and adjusting employee schedules to meet operational needs
  • Following up with new cleaning clients to measure satisfaction with our services
  • Providing employees with team updates, reminders, and regular check-ins
  • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining administrative records
  • Hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Preparing and submitting timely payroll
  • Tracking staffing levels, hiring metrics, and performance indicators

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable, self-motivated mentality with a solid work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay calm while under pressure
