YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MANAGER:
- Working in our office Monday through Friday, typically for 30 - 40 hours per week
- Scheduling new clients, creating strategic service routes, and adjusting employee schedules to meet operational needs
- Following up with new cleaning clients to measure satisfaction with our services
- Providing employees with team updates, reminders, and regular check-ins
- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining administrative records
- Hiring and onboarding new employees
- Preparing and submitting timely payroll
- Tracking staffing levels, hiring metrics, and performance indicators
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable, self-motivated mentality with a solid work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay calm while under pressure
