Job Description

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Certified Paralegal – HR Compliance. This role is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance across employment law and safety standards, maintaining documentation, and facilitating HR and EH&S policy enforcement.


Job Duties:

  • Monitor changes in employment, safety, and environmental regulations and advise on compliance requirements
  • Maintain documentation, including employee records, safety training logs, and regulatory filings
  • Draft and update employment agreements, policy documents, and legal notices
  • Support internal audits and respond to external agency investigations
  • Prepare and file compliance reports, including logs and environmental permits
  • Assist with immigration processes, I-9 audits, and E-Verify
  • Partner with HR and Environmental Health and Safety to implement training and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate communication across Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure compliance alignment


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Certified Paralegal
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Human Resources, or Environmental Science
  • 4–6 years of combined experience in paralegal, HR compliance, or EH&S roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and document control systems
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and safety regulations
  • Experience with I-9 audits, E-Verify, and HR recordkeeping
