Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a food manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a B.S. graduate in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related science who wants hands-on experience in quality, food safety, and manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Perform environmental and microbiological swabbing throughout the facility
- Collect samples, document results, and coordinate testing with outside laboratories
- Support food safety, sanitation, pest control, and environmental monitoring programs
- Work with production and quality teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns
- Maintain accurate records and follow GMP, FDA, and SOP requirements
- Gain hands-on exposure to quality systems and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or another Life Science preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Good communication, organization, and computer skills
- Previous quality, laboratory, GMP, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
