Your Role as a Listing Specialist:

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new property listings to expand our market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless selling experience.
  • Stay informed about local real estate trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for listings.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • All training will be provided.
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Ability to identify and secure new property listings to expand market presence.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate trends to provide expert guidance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on marketing strategies.
  • Experience in conducting property showings and open houses.
