- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adhere to daily checklists for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Operate the store and lead employees
- Multi-task, cleaning, animal care, shift management, cashier
- Resolve escalated customer complaints

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
