We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks in our AppFolio software. We are looking for a part time technician to handle work orders at various single and multi family properties. We are growing fast and this will turn into a full time position in a very short time.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, with experience working in property management a big plus.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
