Job DescriptionPosition Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
\tConducts HR audit for new clients to ensure compliance.
\tCompletes HR audit of personnel files and policy and process compliance.
\tReview client handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other HR documents as requested by client and create as needed.
\tProvides HR consultation to clients leadership and management team.
\tResponds to Worksite Employee questions and concerns as needed.
\tAssist Clients with HR employee communications as needed.
\tAssists in the development of HR systems, processes, and tools for clients.
\tProvides consultative and development of the following systems within the Employee Lifecycle:
o\tTalent Attraction Onboarding program, offer letters, job descriptions, job postings.
o\tTalent Management-employee relations, EPLI claim administration, leave administration, compliance, performance management, engagement, and recognition.
o\tTalent Development-new employee orientation, compliance training, leadership development, and other HR training as requested.
o\tTalent Transitions-unemployment administration, separation letters, and exit interview templates. Completes HR audit of personnel files and policy and process compliance.
\tProvides regulatory and compliance updates to clients and ensures clients policies and practices are compliant.
\tConducts formal investigations and inquiries; administers employee grievance procedures.
\tMaintains and updates employee handbook and policies as requested by client.
\tAssist clients with using LMS, ATS, HRIS, and other applicable Connectify systems.
\tImplements ATS, LMS, and background check support; provides training and resources on systems.
\tDevelops HR dashboard and delivers to clients quarterly
\tWorks with clients to define initial benefit contribution strategy.
\tCreates benefit summaries, communication plans, and information for annual benefits renewal.
\tProvides operations team with benefit information necessary to complete annual benefits renewal.
\tDocuments HR activity in CRM.
Client Experience
\tServe as main point of contact for all aspects of client relationship.
\tCollaborates with internal teams for resolutions to client questions and concerns.
\tEscalates service issues to HR & Client Experience Officer as needed.
\tPlans, organizes, and facilitates regular meetings with clients.
\tActively participates in client implementation process including attending weekly client implementation meets
\tConducts onsite or virtual employee onboarding and benefit enrollment meetings during implementation process.
\tPrepares summary report and dashboard for client quarterly meetings and reviews with HR & CE Officer.
\tTracks all service touchpoints in CRM.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
\tBachelors degree in business or human resource management or related field; or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
\t3 5 years of customer-facing experience
Preferred
\tMust successfully pass and maintain PHR or SHRM-CP designation within one year of qualification to take exam
REQUIRED SKILLS:
\tAbility to work under general supervision and work independently on projects.
\tUtilize work experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
\tProfessional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with Clients and team members in a timely and respectful manner.
\tProfessional written and oral communication skills.
\tAbility to change priorities quickly based on Client and internal needs.
\tAbility to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
\tDemonstrates outstanding judgement in providing HR counsel dealing with complex factors with which there is minimal or no precedent.
\tAbility to present information to various groups in a variety of formats including large group presentations.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
\tMust be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
\tFamiliar use with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Performance Management system and other HR-related programs
\tFamiliar use with Client Relationship Management systems
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
\tPrimarily indoor work in a remote office environment requiring long periods of sitting
\tFrequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
\tLimited travel by vehicle and air to Client worksites as needed
\tNo unusual physical requirements
