• At least 2 years of desktop support experience in a Microsoft network environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable transportation to travel to remote sites for on-site support.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and hardware repair.
