No teaching experience? No problem! Valerie will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
As a CDL Trainer, you'll work one-on-one with students, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to become safe, successful commercial drivers. Share what you already know, mentor future drivers, and enjoy a more predictable local schedule.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on CDL training to students preparing for their commercial driver's licenses
- Teach safe driving practices, vehicle inspections, and essential commercial driving skills
- Guide students through driving exercises and practical skills assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Coach students individually based on their learning needs and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities
- Demonstrate safe, professional driving techniques
- Help students build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the transportation industry
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years of experience with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others learn and succeed
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to walk and move around the training lot while guiding students through exercises
- Willingness to learn and grow into an instructor role
Previous teaching or instructor experience is NOT required. We are looking for experienced drivers who enjoy sharing their knowledge and helping others succeed.
