CONTRACT: Technical Recruiter (#11014)
Downtown area client is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will report into our Talent Sourcing Manager and will support our four Talent Acquisition Partners by systematically sourcing tech talent across a range of geographies, backgrounds and industries.
The main facets of the role will be:
- Identify and engage specialist HPC, Infrastructure, DevOps, Hardware and Software Engineers.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of hiring requirements in order to engage the most suitable candidates on the market.
- Research and engage potential candidates with outstanding achievements.
- Utilize tools and methods such as GenAI, LinkedIn Recruiter, community sites (i.e. GitHub, SO), blogs, social media and our ATS to build out talent pipelines.
- Drive external and internal referrals through new joiner catch-ups and staff engagement.
- Potentially attend networking events, conferences, careers fairs and other meet-ups to build out our candidate pipeline and relationships.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates feeding appropriate prospects into the TA Partners’ candidate stream.
- Understand prospect’s ambitions, motivations and career options in order to sell our opportunity during the process, whilst identifying potential issues or roadblocks. Feed information into interview process to inform the TA Specialists’ closing strategy.
- Assist candidates with preparation for the interview process.
- Assisting with the administrative duties of the team, including the CV Review, as required.
