Position Overview: Automotive Technician

Heiser Ford is seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels to join our expanding service teams. We are looking for professional, dependable individuals with hands-on technician experience who pride themselves on quality workmanship, strong customer service, and attention to detail.

Technicians are responsible for performing accurate diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of our customers’ vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform emissions inspections
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostic testing
  • Replace worn or damaged components
  • Collaborate with Service Consultants to complete service orders accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1+ year of automotive technician experience
  • Prior automotive service industry experience preferred
  • Valid and clean Wisconsin Driver’s License
  • Ability to provide own tools
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and follow direction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
