In this role, you will coordinate service and repair activities, provide clear communication about vehicle maintenance, and ensure superior customer satisfaction throughout the service process.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule customer service appointments in person or by phone, ensuring prompt and accurate diagnosis of issuesCommunicate repair progress and timelines, notifying customers of any delays or changesObtain customer authorization for repair estimates and manage expectations effectivelyRecommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspection and manufacturer guidelinesEnsure all repairs meet quality standards through proper inspections and road testsStay current with vehicle operations, warranty policies, technical service bulletins, and state regulationsMaintain complete and compliant service documentationFollow all safety policies and participate in training and staff meetingsPerform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operationsWork EnvironmentYou will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum one year of experience at a dealership or large service facility preferredValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong commitment to safety and customer serviceBasic computer proficiency and internet skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and reliable work ethicAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
