Senior Project Manager – Miami, FL

YODEZEEN is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to join our team in Miami. Founded in 2010, YODEZEEN is an international award-winning architecture and design studio with over 320 professionals across offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Miami, and Los Angeles. We create exceptional residential, commercial, and hospitality projects worldwide. As a Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative you will be the main point of contact for clients and will oversee project coordination from project initiation through implementation, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

•Full project management from concept through completion of implementation.

•Acting as the main point of contact for the client and managing all project communications.

•Coordinating work between Yodezeen teams in the USA and Europe.

•Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

•Managing the permitting process and communication with municipalities.

•Controlling project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.

•Organizing and leading meetings with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

•Overseeing the issuance of project documentation and its approval process.

•Managing project risks and ensuring timely escalation of issues.

•Monitoring task execution by all project participants.

•Preparing regular project reports.

•Controlling the project budget at the management and coordination level.

•Representing Yodezeen’s interests in front of the client and external project participants.

•Ensuring a high level of service and client experience throughout the entire project.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience in project management within architecture, interior design, construction, or a relatedfield

•Experience managing international and high-end residential or commercial projects

•Strong client-facing and communication skills

•Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Experience working with contractors, consultants, and external vendors

•Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp is preferred

•Advanced English (spoken and written)
