Job Description:

General Labor Services is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Cabinet Assembler & Picker to join our manufacturing team.

Duties for Cabinet Assembler:

Assemble cabinets and related furniture components according to schematics, blueprints, and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely and efficiently
Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during assembly processes
Assist with modifications or repairs as needed, including fixture installation, door hanging, or siding work

Duties for Picker:

Pick cabinets, countertops, hardware, and related materials according to order tickets.
Verify product quantities, dimensions, and specifications before staging orders.
Organize and prepare customer orders for shipping or delivery.
Load and unload trucks safely.
Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Work with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to read order forms and inventory labels accurately.
Basic math and counting skills.
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience using hand tools and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, nail guns, saws, and measuring tools.
Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 DOE
