General Labor Services is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Cabinet Assembler & Picker to join our manufacturing team.

Duties for Cabinet Assembler:

  • Assemble cabinets and related furniture components according to schematics, blueprints, and specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during assembly processes
  • Assist with modifications or repairs as needed, including fixture installation, door hanging, or siding work

Duties for Picker:

  • Pick cabinets, countertops, hardware, and related materials according to order tickets.
  • Verify product quantities, dimensions, and specifications before staging orders.
  • Organize and prepare customer orders for shipping or delivery.
  • Load and unload trucks safely.
  • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Work with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read order forms and inventory labels accurately.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, nail guns, saws, and measuring tools.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 DOE
