Location: Holmdel, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time (Must be available for weekends and peak hours)

Were looking for an energetic, people-first General Manager to lead our studio, grow our local footprint, and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our community.

Compensation & Perks

Competitive Base Pay: $60,000-$70,000/year

Performance Bonuses: Based on studio revenue, client retention, and membership growth

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days (upon meeting studio conversion goals)

Scheduling & Availability

Minimum Commitment: 45 shifts per week

Must maintain a consistent schedule, including weekends.

Studio Coverage Needs:

Weekdays:

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM 2:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM 8:30 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Mandatory)

Sundays: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (Preference for at least 2 Sundays/month)

Flexibility: Willingness to work extra shifts during events or holidays is a plus. Schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.

Your Role

As the General Manager, youll be the face of StretchMed Holmdeldriving operational excellence, community engagement, and client satisfaction. Youll lead by example, stretch clients hands-on, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Stretch Specialists

Oversee daily operations, team scheduling, and studio cleanliness

Perform stretch consultations and in-studio/off-site assisted stretch sessions

Represent the studio at community events, corporate partnerships, and wellness pop-ups

Drive client acquisition, sales conversions, and membership retention

Track studio KPIs, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards

Hire and onboard team members aligned with StretchMed values

What You Bring

2+ years of management experience in a fitness, wellness, or spa environment

Passion for recovery, mobility, and helping others feel their best

High-energy leadership style with a knack for motivating teams and hitting goals

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Background in kinesiology, massage therapy, physical therapy, or personal training is a plus

Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and CRM systems

Local travel required for events, pop-ups, and outreach opportunities
