What You'll Do:

As the Store Manager, you'll be the face of our business, overseeing everything from opening the doors to closing up at night. Your responsibilities will be dynamic and rewarding:

Opening & Daily Operations

Kickstart the Day: Open the store, prepare the cash register, and get the tinting machine ready for business.
Lead the Floor: Ensure all products are stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You'll manage inventory, noting what needs to be reordered.
Be the Main Point of Contact: Answer phones, call customers about ready orders, and build strong relationships with everyone who walks through the door.
Order and Receive: Place orders for paint, sundries, and tools, and receive shipments from our distributors. You'll get hands-on, sometimes using a forklift to unload products.

Customer & Sales Focus

Mix Colors with Precision: Accurately mix paint for customers, whether from a color card or a physical sample, ensuring the perfect match for their projects.
Provide Expert Service: Assist customers with their projects, take work orders, and help with account payments, ensuring a smooth and helpful experience.
Build the Business: Your attention to detail and customer care will be key to growing our loyal customer base.

Closing & Administration

Prepare for Tomorrow: Restock and clean the tinting machine and workstation to get it ready for the next day.
Manage Financials: Count down the daily cash drawer, complete the closing worksheet, and prepare the store for a fresh start the next morning.
Secure the Store: Ensure all lights are off, and doors and the garage are locked at the end of the day.
