What You’ll Love About This Role

Starting pay: $28.50/hour

PAID CDL Training – No experience? No problem. We’ll train you.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus – For those with a valid CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement.

Overtime Pay – All hours over 40/week are paid at time and a half.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Safely operating a city bus on scheduled routes

Assisting passengers, including individuals with disabilities

Communicating with dispatch for real-time updates

Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times

Conducting pre- and post-trip inspections

Reporting incidents, vehicle issues, or schedule disruptions

What You Bring to the Driver’s Seat

High School diploma or GED

CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement – or the willingness to obtain it

A valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to get one)

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to remain calm, focused, and courteous under pressure

Basic computer literacy and comfort with tablets

Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to:

Sit for extended periods while driving

Lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance)

Help passengers board/disembark, including use of wheelchair ramps

Operate in a variety of weather and road conditions
