Job DescriptionProvide system support to a software development program. Provide set-up, configuration, and software installation for development, test, and production systems. Interface directly with development team as well as system end users.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Five years’ experience with installation, maintenance, administration, and trouble shooting of LAN, WAN, computer hardware and software
- Experience with Linux System administration to include RPM install/upgrade, starting/stopping/monitoring services, and familiarity with Kickstart procedures
- Experience performing, and assisting with, equipment specification, setup, problem resolution, network support, etc., related to computer hardware and software; and providing assistance to users
- Experience ensuring licensing agreements and system currency
- Experience with Unix administration
- Knowledge of performance tuning
- Understanding of security hardening procedures and implementation
- Experience scripting common SA functions
- Experience with VMWare and configuring virtual machines

Salary range depending on experience - 150,000 - $185,000
