Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful general contractor in Minneapolis, MN on their search for a Senior Project Manager who has experience managing multifamily, retail or hospitality tenant improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of TI projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and consultants
- Oversee procurement of long-lead items and specialty finishes
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract documents
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project costs and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
- Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
