Job Title: Senior Project Manager


Location: Minneapolis, MN


Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful general contractor in Minneapolis, MN on their search for a Senior Project Manager who has experience managing multifamily, retail or hospitality tenant improvement projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of TI projects from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and consultants
  • Oversee procurement of long-lead items and specialty finishes
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract documents
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Track project costs and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
  • Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
