Job Description
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in high exposure, catastrophic, personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
- Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
- Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
- Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
- Preparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, witness lists
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred;
- Requires a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- Self-motivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline
- Experience in billable work environment
- Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
