Applicants must have prior baking experience
Applicants must be punctual and okay with baker's early morning schedule (arrival time of 5:30am)
Weekend availability is required for all Team Members
Responsibilites include:
- Preparing daily baked goods, and staying on track with prep throughout the week.
- Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods
- Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods
- Have creative control of bakery items
Qualities we’re looking for:
- To be very organized, keeping cleanliness as top priority
- Time-Management skills (punctuality and prioritization)
- Detail-Oriented / Visually Inspired (understanding the importance of how things are presented)
- Being able to work under pressure in a face-paced environment
- Accepting feedback
- Teamwork
- ServSafe Certified (or willing to work towards it)
