Schedule: Part-Time | AM Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to fill a Cross-Trained Guest Services & Laundry Attendant position. This unique role offers variety - working both at the Front Desk and in Laundry Operations - while helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations

• Handle payments and maintain accurate records

• Answer phones, provide local information, and resolve guest concerns

• Promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program

• Complete property walks and ensure hotel safety and cleanliness

Laundry Duties:

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels

• Keep laundry and linen areas clean and stocked

• Assist housekeeping as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Friendly customer service mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office helpful)

• Ability to work every other weekend
