This is a role for a self-starter . Someone who drives results with out waiting for direction. This leadership role allows for creativity, initiative and confidence to act. Someone who has a strong sense to be the best and do their best when at work.

What we are looking for:

2+ years of retail supervisory experience (pet related or specialty retail preferred)

Self starter mindset- you identify what needs to happen and make it happen

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication, organization and follow through skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times a day and stand for extended periods of time.

Availability to work no less than 38 hours including weekends and some holidays

Have a strong understanding of excellent customer service.

Effectively create merchandising displays

Identify sales opportunities and executing fun ways to achieve goals

Manage incoming shipments and inventory
