Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced In-House lead Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of trial experience and strong knowledge of real estate law to strategize and coach the other members for related.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on business transactions, contracts, and compliance matters to strategize and prepare for trials.
  • Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and property disputes.
  • Represent the company in litigation matters, including trial preparation and court appearances.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Develop strategies to minimize legal risks and ensure business activities comply with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and protect company interest.
  • Manage relationships with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with substantial litigation and trail experience.
  • Strong background in real estate law, including property transactions and disputes.
  • Proven experience providing legal guidance to business or organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mange multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with California real estate regulations and business law.
