Position Purpose:
The Servicing Advisor plays a critical role within the Financial Services Team by delivering proactive, high-quality service and operational support to existing clients. This position is focused on maintaining client relationships, addressing account needs, and ensuring a seamless service experience across all stages of the client journey. The Servicing Advisor is responsible for resolving client issues, facilitating account updates, and supporting the overall growth and retention of the firms client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients regarding account maintenance, inquiries, and service needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely follow-up, consistent communication, and thoughtful solutions.
- Proactively reach out to clients for reviews, account updates, and service follow-ups.
- Identify client service opportunities and escalate to Financial Advisor or other team members as appropriate.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Process account service requests including address changes, beneficiary updates, distributions, and account transfers.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Redtail) with accurate and timely client records and activity notes.
- Coordinate scheduling of client review meetings and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with back-office and custodial platforms (e.g., LPL ClientWorks) to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client interactions and account activities are documented in accordance with regulatory and firm standards.
- Stay informed of compliance updates, service procedures, and product changes.
- Support internal audit and record-keeping requirements with accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or client service in a professional setting.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).
- Life/Health Insurance license a plus.
- Experience with Redtail CRM and LPL ClientWorks strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
