Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients
- Manage appointments and coordinate with staff
- Answer phone calls and booking inquiries
- Assist with customer needs
- Explain spa services offered
- Check out clients after services
- Help maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Mandarin speaking is a plus, but not required
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable speaking with clients in person and by phone
- Organized and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills are required
