Human Resources HR/Scheduler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Human Resources HR/Scheduler to join our team at Rochester Residence and Care Center, located in beautiful Rochester, PA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling department, while also providing exceptional support to our HR efforts. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff members across multiple departments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal staffing levels

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems, reports, and records

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address scheduling conflicts, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities as needed

• Perform various HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources, scheduling, or a related field

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with HR software and systems a plus
