Job DescriptionPosition Description: Were looking for an energetic, dependable Camp Maintenance and Groundskeeper to help care for camp buildings, grounds, trails, tools, and equipment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outside, solving problems, and keeping things running. Duties in the role include facility and grounds care, custodial work, light construction support, equipment handling, trail clearing, lawn mowing, maintaining tools and supplies, opening and closing camp, and helping with preventative maintenance like plumbing and septic schedules.
What youll be doing (overview):
Help maintain camp buildings, cabins, activity areas, grounds, pool, and wooded spaces
Mow grass, clear trails, and support outdoor property upkeep
Assist with repairs, cleaning, painting, opening and closing camp, and moving equipment
Help maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records
Monitor gates and signs and report anything that needs attention
Support safe camp operations and property care year-round
What were looking for:
Someone reliable, flexible, and ready to work hard outdoors
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, outdoor property care, or mechanical work is a plus
Ability to work independently and with a team
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required

Additional Information: Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check as part of the pre-employment hiring process. $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
