Flexible Home Caregiver Immediate Start (Nights Needed)


We are actively hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers for 12-hour shifts, with an immediate need for overnight coverage (6:00 PM 6:00 AM).

We also have availability for day shifts (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) for candidates seeking additional hours.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, compassionate in-home care to clients
• Assist with personal care, mobility support, and companionship
• Monitor client safety and wellbeing during overnight hours
• Cover hospital discharges and new client starts when assigned
• Work as a secondary/backup caregiver on long-term cases as needed
• Communicate promptly and reliably with the care team

Requirements:

• Availability for 6:00 PM 6:00 AM shifts (primary need)
• Ability to commit to scheduled shifts consistently
• Able to work at least 12 weekend days per month
• Dependable, clean, and insured vehicle
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
