Holiday Inn Express &amp; Suites in Mc Calla, AL is looking for front desk agents and night auditors to join our team. We are located on 4703 Bell Hill Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet the high standards of quality as set forth by Mansa Hospitality</li>
<li>Answer and screen phone calls</li>
<li>Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position</li>
<li>Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner</li>
<li>Time-management and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
