Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications. This role provides technical direction across systems, delivers high?quality solutions aligned with organizational architecture, and supports full lifecycle development—from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Analyze business requirements and develop feasible, logical solutions to address complex technical challenges.
- Provide expertise in application integration, designing and implementing structures, components, and system interfaces.
- Serve as an internal consultant and mentor, offering technical guidance to team members and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Recommend design improvements aligned with long-term IT strategy, including code reuse, component design, and architectural enhancements.
- Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions; evaluate how program changes impact related systems.
- Establish and maintain programming standards, identify new data sources, and introduce innovative development approaches.
- Lead and coordinate complex project phases, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of developed programs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java development, application design, and enterprise systems architecture.
- Demonstrated experience developing complex software solutions across the full SDLC.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical project components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience evaluating system interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
