Salary Range: $111,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, including new product introduction and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for complex production challenges and equipment optimization.
- Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and capital expenditure requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D to align engineering efforts with operational goals.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in driving technical innovation and process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) such as SAP or Oracle
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization and predictive analytics
