We’re assembling a high-impact team of 20 innovators—engineers, designers, product leaders—who will architect and launch a modern digital experience. The first MVP is on the runway, and we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help our client company take off.

What You’ll Do
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment.
• Build infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Automate operational tasks and enhance system resilience.
• Champion DevOps best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Ensure security and compliance through proactive guardrails and vulnerability management.
• Mentor junior engineers and help define DevOps standards.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Bonus: Azure experience, DevSecOps knowledge, AWS certifications.

• Reports to: Director of Product Engineering
• Team size: You’ll be a foundational member of a 20-person launch team
