We’re looking for a Director, Parts to lead the strategy, operations, and performance of our Parts departments across all TCI locations. This role is perfect for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who thrives on collaboration, operational excellence, and empowering teams to deliver a superior customer experience. The Director will provide internal leadership and guidance by establishing and maintaining clear and consistent guidelines, policies, and benchmarks to achieve desired results and a superior customer service experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead our Parts and Purchasing teams, optimizing costs and pricing strategies to keep TCI operating at the top of industry standards.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through leadership of the Parts Sales Manager, Trailer Parts, and Power Take-Off departments.
  • Provide on-site leadership and support to Parts Managers across all locations, meeting with each at least quarterly.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, pricing consistency, and process efficiency across the network.
  • Identify and execute process improvements using LEAN principles and innovative technologies.
  • Manage core and obsolete inventory performance to ensure we remain best-in-class.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly Parts Manager meetings and represent TCI at corporate and OEM events.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop Parts goals, key performance indicator metrics, and reporting guidelines companywide and on an individual store level.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in parts operations within the heavy-duty truck dealership, automotive, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Minimum 5 years in a multi-location management or director-level role with P&L accountability.
  • Proven track record in optimizing inventory, improving margins, and building high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of truck systems and parts is required
  • Valid driver's license with ability to meet insurance requirements
  • Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Freightliner dealership experience
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodology or similar process improvement practices
  • Kaizen and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification

What We Offer:

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year with incentive eligibility
